【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofhand-heldmotor-operatedormagneticallydrivenelectrictools,theratedvoltageofthetoolsbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phasea.c.ord.c.tools,and440Vforthree-phasea.c.tools.Sofarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyhand-heldtoolswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinthenormaluseandreasonablyforeseeablemisuseofthetools.Toolswithanelectricheatingelementarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.TheyshouldalsocomplywithrelevantpartsofIEC60335.Hand-heldelectrictools,hereinafterreferredtoastools,whichcanbemountedonasupportforuseasfixedtoolswithoutanyalterationofthetoolitself,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Unlesstherequirementforsuchsupportisgiveninarelevantpart2,thisstandardalonewillnotbesufficienttoensurethatthecombinationoftoolandsupportisadequate.Requirementsformotorsnotisolatedfromthesupply,andhavingbasicinsulationnotdesignedfortheratedvoltageofthetools,aregiveninAnnexB.Requirementsforrechargeablebattery-poweredmotor-operatedormagneticallydriventoolsandthebatterypacksforsuchtoolsaregiveninAnnexK.Thoseforsuchtoolsthatarealsooperatedand/orchargeddirectlyfromthemainsoranon-isolatedsourcearegiveninAnnexL.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-hand-heldtoolsintendedtobeusedinthepresenceofexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-hand-heldtoolsusedforpreparingandprocessingfood;-hand-heldtoolsformedicalpurposes(IEC60601);-heatingtoolswhicharecoveredbyIEC60335-2-45.Forhand-heldtoolsintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.Forhand-heldtoolsintendedtobeusedintropicalcountries,specialrequirementsmaybenecessary.NOTEAttentionisdrawntothefactthatinmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthorities,etc.
