【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforfactorymadeextrudedpolystyrenefoamproductswhichareusedforthethermalinsulationofbuildingequipmentandindustrialinstallationswithanoperatingtemperatureintherangeofapproximately-180°Cto+75°C.NOTEBelowanoperatingtemperatureof-50°C,specialtestsregardingthesuitabilityofthematerialintheintendedapplicationareadvised(e.g.liquefactionofoxygen).Manufacturer'sadviceshouldbeheededinallcases.Theproductsaremanufacturedintheformoffacedorunfacedboards,pipesections,segmentsandprefabricatedware.Thisstandarddescribesproductcharacteristicsandincludesproceduresfortesting,evaluationofconformity,markingandlabelling.Productscoveredbythisstandardarealsousedinprefabricatedthermalinsulatingsystemsandcompositepanels;theperformanceofsystemsincorporatingtheseproductsisnotcovered.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequiredlevelofagivenpropertythatshallbeachievedbyaproducttodemonstratefitnessforpurposeinaparticularapplication.Thelevelsrequiredforagivenapplicationcanbefoundinregulationsandinvitationstotender.Productswithadeclaredthermalconductivitygreaterthan0,060W/(m.K)atameantemperatureof10°Carenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverproductsintendedtobeusedfortheinsulationofthebuildingstructurenorforacousticalinsulation.
