【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheclassificationofsulfoneplasticssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.1.2Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.ThesewillbespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesinSection.1.3Thisspecificationisintendedtobeameansofcallingoutsulfoneplasticsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticsfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandtheperformancerequiredofthepart,theenvironmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,thefabricationprocesstobeemployed,andtheinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisspecification.1.4Sulfonepolymers,beingthermoplastic,arereprocessableandrecyclable.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofthosesulfonepolymermaterials,providedthatanyspecificrequirementsaremet.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ReferenceGuideD5033forinformationanddefinitionsrelatedtorecycledplastics.Note2ThereisnoequivalentorsimilarISOstandard.
