【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofnonvolatilematter,thatis,residueonevaporation,insolventextractfromaerospacecomponents,usingarotaryflashevaporator.1.2TheprocedureforextractionfromcomponentsisdescribedinpracticessuchasPracticeF303.Incasesinwhichanalysisofparticulatecontaminationisalsorequired,beforesubjectingtheextracttothefollowingmethod,itshouldbeprocessedinaccordancewithPracticeF311(Note0).ParticlecountanalysisshouldthenbeperformedinaccordancewithTestMethodsF312.Note0Membranefilterswithamaximumextractablecontentof0.5weight%shouldbeusedonsamplestobeprocessedbythistestmethod.Conventionalmembranescontain5to10%extractables.Forobtainingverylowbackgroundlevels,considerationshouldbegiventousingmembraneswithoutgridmarks.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
