【摘要】:ISO14224:2006providesacomprehensivebasisforthecollectionofreliabilityandmaintenance(RM)datainastandardformatforequipmentinallfacilitiesandoperationswithinthepetroleum,naturalgasandpetrochemicalindustriesduringtheoperationallifecycleofequipment.Itdescribesdata-collectionprinciplesandassociatedtermsanddefinitionsthatconstitutea"reliabilitylanguage"thatcanbeusefulforcommunicatingoperationalexperience.ThefailuremodesdefinedinISO14224:2006canbeusedasa"reliabilitythesaurus"forvariousquantitativeaswellasqualitativeapplications.ISO14224:2006alsodescribesdataqualitycontrolandassurancepracticestoprovideguidancefortheuser.Standardizationofdata-collectionpracticesfacilitatestheexchangeofinformationbetweenparties,e.g.plants,owners,manufacturersandcontractors.ISO14224:2006establishesrequirementsthatanyin-houseorcommerciallyavailableRMdatasystemisrequiredtomeetwhendesignedforRMdataexchange.Examples,guidelinesandprinciplesfortheexchangeandmergingofsuchRMdataareaddressed.ISO14224:2006recommendsaminimumamountofdatathatisrequiredtobecollectedandfocusesonthetwomainissues:datarequirementsforthetypeofdatatobecollectedforuseinvariousanalysismethodologiesandstandardizeddataformattofacilitatetheexchangeofreliabilityandmaintenancedatabetweenplants,owners,manufacturersandcontractors.Thefollowingmaincategoriesofdataaretobecollected:equipmentdata,e.g.equipmenttaxonomy,equipmentattributes;failuredata,e.g.failurecause,failureconsequence;maintenancedata,e.g.maintenanceaction,resourcesused,maintenanceconsequence,downtime.ISO14224:2006doesnotapplytodataon(direct)costissues;datafromlaboratorytestingandmanufacturing(e.g.acceleratedlifetimetesting);completeequipmentdatasheets(onlydataseenrelevantforassessingthereliabilityperformanceareincluded);additionalon-servicedatathatanoperator,onanindividualbasis,canconsiderusefulforoperationandmaintenance;andmethodsforanalysingandapplyingRMdata(however,principlesforhowtocalculatesomebasicreliabilityandmaintenanceparametersareincluded).
